As we get into supply and demand this unit, you may run across topics you feel like need a little more explanation...

This Friday is our first reading quiz.   

• Students should read the chapters corresponding to this unit and take notes as they read.   
• Any notes taken can be used on the quizzes in class and will be stapled to the quiz as it is turned in.  You will get the notes back to use for studying!  Remember they MUST be handwritten and your own work.  
•  If you need to ask questions or get additional explanation, please come see me ASAP!

Freakonomics...

As we start talking about economic thinking, we will refer to Freakonomics many times in readings, video clips, and more!  The economics they present is interesting and it'll make you think.  If you're interested in the Freaky approach to things, there's a lot more of it out there that we won't cover in class. None of this is required reading but if you're interested, the links below will help you!  (Warning: some topics in the books might be a little mature for younger students, so please read only with parental approval!)
